Turning an AI theme into an experience

Partena Professional wanted its annual employee event, Fiesta, to be more than a series of presentations and keynotes. With the 2026 edition centred entirely around AI, the organisation was looking for a creative way to bring that theme to life throughout the evening.

Enters nocomputer.

The idea was ambitious: create a series of cinematic short films featuring Partena Professional's own leadership and communication team, all inspired by the world of James Bond.

Instead of organising a traditional film production, our team at nocomputer used generative AI to create the visuals, video, voices and cinematic environments.

From storyboard to AI-generated film

The project started with detailed storyboards that defined the characters, settings, compositions and overall visual style. The creative direction was inspired by the classic 1960s James Bond films, creating a consistent visual language across all six films.

To make the characters recognisable, professional footage and photographs of the four participants were captured, together with audio recordings that could be used to recreate their voices. Their clothing, hairstyles and other visual details were also carefully defined to maintain consistency throughout the generated scenes.

Generative AI was then used to turn these concepts into cinematic images and videos. Rather than generating complete videos directly from prompts, nocomputer first created and refined still images. These became the starting frames for the video generation process, giving much greater control over characters, composition, lighting and style.

Different AI models and tools were combined throughout the process. Weavy was used to structure and manage the creative workflows, while Google's Flow was used for image and video generation. ElevenLabs was used to recreate the voices of the four participants.

Where creativity meets iteration

Generative AI made it possible to create cinematic environments and scenes that would have required a much larger traditional production setup. At the same time, getting the desired result required significant human input.

Character consistency, camera angles, physics and small visual details often needed multiple iterations. More than 350 video generations were created for the six films, which together resulted in less than five minutes of final footage.

The final production combined AI-generated material with traditional video editing, sound design, music, colour correction and subtitles in Dutch and French. Human review remained an essential part of every step, from creative direction and prompting to editing and final approval.

AI as a creative production tool

The project showed how generative AI can move beyond experimentation and become part of a real creative production workflow.

For Partena Professional, AI made it possible to connect the theme of its event directly to the content shown on stage, while creating a distinctive experience for employees. At the same time, the project demonstrated an important lesson about generative AI: the technology can accelerate and expand creative production, but strong results still depend on human direction, iteration and craftsmanship.

AI did not replace the creative process. It became another tool within it.
